58 years old patient from Australia complaints of broad and short nasal bridge and long nasal tip. Closed rhinoplasty done involving narrowing of the nasal dorsum with increasing the dorsal height and cephalic trim with tip refinement. Post rhinoplasty pictures taken 1 month after surgery.
